Falcon Pruning saw FPS-100

1. Using a pruning saw, undercut the branch 30 cm. (12inch) away from the trunk by one quarter of its diameter. This stops the bark tearing back if the branch breaks.
2. Make the second cut about 2.5cm (1 inch) further away from the trunk, sawing through the branch from above .The undercut will close-up , making sawing easier.
3. Remove the remaining part of stub by making a further two cuts on the branch . First make a small undercut just outside the branch collar.
4. Make the final cut just outside the branch collar , angling the saw slightly away from the trunk . Saw through cleaning until the top cut meets the undercut.
